CHIROPRACTIC

NEW PATIENTS WELCOME, NO REFERRAL NECESSARY

Chiropractic is an evidence based, non-invasive, hands-on health care discipline that focuses on the neuromusculoskeletal system. Chiropractors are trained to assess, diagnose, educate and provide treatment for a variety of conditions arising from the muscles, joints and nerves.

The main treatment technique used by chiropractors is the chiropractic adjustment. This is a safe, gentle technique used following a thorough assessment of the spine and joints.

When an adjustment is performed, the joints are moved through a normal range of motion, often making a “popping” sound as the fluid pressure within the joint changes. This technique is not only used on the spine but can be used for any joint in the body.

Other treatment techniques chiropractors use include:
  • Myofascial Release Technique
  • Gentle Chiropractic Technique
  • Corrective Exercises
  • Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy
  • Vibration Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy
  • Kinesiology Taping
