Knotical Chiropractic was founded by Chiropractor and Owner, Dr. Catie Gavin. Her goal was to make a direct impact on her community to lead healthier, more active lifestyles.
Our clinic is different from most! We are in a boutique style setting, offering a relaxing and calming environment. We chose the historic Alexander Keiths Brewery Market as our home base for many reasons, but our main reason being the East Coast hospitality!
Our goal is to always treat any individual who enters the clinic with the utmost respect and kindness.
Many East Coast traditions and our sense of hospitality are rooted in the history of the Brewery Market and you can feel that as soon as you enter: From the cafes to the restaurants and small shops, or the Farmer’s Market on Saturday’s, you’ll be surrounded by folks who care!

Our team is a collection of diverse and talented individuals, united by a passion for healing. Each practitioner at Knotical Chiropractic has graduated from a certified program and are registered with their respective colleges and associations.
We are all certified in CPR/First Aid, and perform many hours of continuing education each year on a variety of course topics to better help your needs!

Dr. Catie Gavin is a partner with FUNSports, a free after school multi-sport program for children who otherwise would not be able to access sports.
With more than 37,000 children living in poverty, many Nova Scotian kids won’t get to experience the positive benefits of sport because of expenses. This program gives local children the opportunity play sports, attend pro-level competitions and games and even meet various athletes as well.
